We loved this facility and would love to go back. Every single thing was nice. The breakfast was generous and freshly cooked with many options, and all the food was fine. The setting was convenient and perfect and the staff were extraordinary service-minded people at the Reception Desk. You could walk to a market and chemist's. Distance to the airport was just 20 km.

This hotel was vacation base for exploring Dublin, enjoyed it and venue's attentive staff at the Reception Desk. The rooms themselves were very good sized and well-equipped with 3 beds...

Everything was excellent, way better than we expected since there was no review for the hotel at the time of our booking. Very well located, in a beautiful and peaceful area, only 10 to 15 minutes from city centre on foot. Bus stop to centre and back in front of the hotel door. Hotel staff were very helpful and polite. Hotel room decently furnished and clean. Irish breakfast was very good and there was also available wide variety of continental breakfast items. All in all, we would definitely recommend Waterloo Lodge.

The location was good for Dublin city. The breakfast was lovely and the staff were very friendly.
The parking was very limited-I'd avoid it if you have a big car or are a bad parker! The room was small and basic and the bathroom had an odd smell!

Parking avail in CC not always a option.
have to say the ensuite needed cleaning, The tiles in the shower enclosure were dirty up higgh, and it was easy enough to reach the tile. I understand that the place is being renovated perhaps this is something they are planing to do in the future.

The general atmosphere was great and so was the breakfast. The room was well equipped with everything we needed. A Luke Kelly admirer, I was pleased with the location, Raglan Road is around the corner! Your young lady Amber is a gem.
Lack of shelter around the house for an avid smoker on a rainy night

The kids loved the cozy atmosphere and enjoyed playing outside while we appreciated the nearby parks. The breakfast offered a variety of options that catered to everyone, a nice surprise.
In my wife's opinion, a few more high chairs would be great.
